Yellow Camera Van M6

Thats the first van i have seen sout.
Yellow camera van m6. Siemens safezone average speed camera. On the m6 they re used around killington lake services shap hackthorpe and the m74. I passed a camera van on the m6 between junctions 15 and 14 in staffordshire. The a556 off junction 18 of the m6 to rudheath is the classic one which catches lorry drivers out.
If the cameras were none of the above they are most likely anpr. Are they yellow in england and white in scotland. This is a four lane road with two lanes in each direction but no barrier at all. Also i ve seen a lot of people saying people tend not to be prosecuted for speeds under about 80 mph.
Cumbria do have mobile speed cameras but these are used within liveried yellow vans with the speed camera logo on them. Anyone know if mobile camera vans are used on motorway bridges here. This average speed camera is most commonly used in towns cities and villages in the uk particularly zones where low speed management is critical. Lorries are therefore limited to 40mph as it s classed as a single carriageway.
Saw one on the m6 near carlilse the other day on a bridge above the motor way and it was yellow. Since the introduction of speed cameras on britain s roads in 1992 it s the gatsometer bv speed camera which has become the most commonly used camera on the uk s roads. Pretty sure was an unmarked van. There are two speed cameras along that stretch.
Im just very qureus here as to what colour a speed camera van should be. Ive only ever seen them in white before.
