Toaster Oven Kale Chips

Preheat oven to 350 f.
Toaster oven kale chips. For a tasty snack sprinkle bite size pieces of kale with coconut oil salt pepper and garlic powder and toast until the kale edges are crunchy and brown. Wash kale leaves and dry completely. Combine kale olive oil salt and pepper in a medium size bowl. Preheat toaster oven to 300 f and place baking rack in the lowest position.
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c. Sprinkle kosher salt over the kale. By baking at a low temperature for a longer period of time the kale gets crispy without browning or burning yielding perfect chips every time. Remove the kale s woody stem and any large ribs.
Place on baking sheets spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wash and dry your kale. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite sized pieces.
Make sure pieces are not touching. Preheat oven to 325f. Tear into bite sized pieces and lightly coat with coconut oil sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic. Arrange kale pieces on a cookie sheet and mist with 2 3 sprays oil.
Preheat your toaster oven to 300 f and place the cooking rack in the lowest position. Sprinkle kale with sea salt and lemon zest. Preheat toaster oven to 300ºf and place baking rack in the lowest position. Bake for another 10 15 minutes until the chips are crispy.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Rub pieces around cookie sheet to coat bottoms with oil. 7 minutes until kale has turned slightly brown on the edges. Bake for 15 minutes then rotate the pans from top to bottom and front to back.

Lightly spray two large baking sheets with oil. Remove kale s thick stems and tear leaves into similarly sized pieces. Cook in toaster oven for approx.
