Blow Dry Wet Braids

Blow dry wet braids. Yes but they re softer when they re done overnight. Dry hair with a blow dryer. If i pull the plaits together then the hair will not dry overnight. And contracts when it dries.

This simple solution may allow more air to your hair so they dry quicker than being covered with a satin bonnet or scarf. On most occassions i just braid my wet hair. Some swear by it for drying hair quicker in twists or braids. They will keep each other wet if they re bunched together.

So here s what happened when i let my hair air dry for 14 days. My hair had enough time to dry especially after the braid fiasco the day before. Do several sections of braided hair. Once the section of hair is feeling dry use the brush to twist the hair around in the direction you want the curl to go in and gently pull the brush out leaving the section twisted.

If your bonnet dryer is not cutting it than a blow dryer may be the one to work. Use the round brush and flat nozzle on your blow dryer to smooth the curls down. I do not blow out my hair every time i do a braid out. Blot them with a towel as much as possible then blow dry on a low or medium setting.
