Blender Lemon Chess Pie

1 and 1 4 cup sugar.
Blender lemon chess pie. Pour the filling into the chilled pie shell. Place sugar eggs and lemon juice in a blender. 1 2 cup butter sliced. Cut off ends of lemon and cut into eighths.
Of course you can get fancy with flavorings such as lemon juice. Pour into pastry shell. Pour this filling into the crust and cover then edge of the crust with foil to prevent it from burning taking care not to touch the filling. In a large bowl beat eggs for 3 minutes.
Whisk together sugar flour and cornmeal in a large bowl. Directions unroll pastry on a lightly floured surface. Or add a dash of nutmeg ginger or cinnamon. Others swear by a tablespoon of vinegar.
Beat for 2 minutes or. Add eggs melted butter milk lemon rind lemon juice and salt and whisk well. Instructions preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dust with powdered sugar and fancify the whole thing with a lil lemon slice or twist.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Blend until smooth about 3 minutes. Trim pastry to 1 2 in. Unroll pie crust and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
The top should be golden brown. Add eggs one at a time blending until very smooth. Pour filling into the pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
Transfer lemon filling to the pastry shell. Sifted powdered sugar whipped cream. Add eggs sugar and butter and blend until completely mixed. Sprinkle in some flaked coconut or toasted chopped pecans.
Place cut lemon in blender and pulse until liquefied. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 375 degrees f for 45 minutes removing the foil after 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Pour batter into crust and bake until the pie is just set in the middle 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer to a 9 in. To double the already decadent richness of chess pie stir in cocoa powder. Pour into pie shell.
Add butter to the blender along with lemon juice vanilla and salt. In a blender pulse sugar and cornmeal together until combined. Bake the pie on the bottom shelf of a preheated 375 f oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is set. Add the whisked eggs stirring until everything is well combined.
Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 40 to 45. Some believe a splash of buttermilk makes chess pie better. 1 nine inch pie crust unbaked. Add the milk and mix then stir in the melted butter lemon rind and juice.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c. Pour melted butter into the blender and blend for 30 seconds more. Stir in the melted butter then the lemon juice. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
